Call to a member function get() on a non-object

for a while I had in my sites error.log many entries looking like this:
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /.../wp-includes/cache.php on line 93
This error appeared since I updated the Plugin WP Super Cache Version: 0.9.8 to Version: 0.9.9
I could not locate the reason for this error, but I am using the Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin on my sites.
Updating Yarpp from Version: 3.1.4b1 to Version: 3.1.4 solved the problem!
